This is gonna have to be my regular spot, I cannot express enough how much of a good night I had last night. I’m disappointed in myself that I didn’t catch the bartenders name but she was so kind and understanding so whoever worked on Thursday night I salute you, one of the best bartenders hands down. Whoever set up the bar also set her up to fail haha, no cinnamon for lighting the cocktails on fire, no lychee liquor but she made do and did an excellent job. The tunes were absolutely kickin’ it’s very rare you find a place playing consistently good songs that would be on your playlist and again that’s thanks to her. I loved the theme of the place too, absolutely beautiful.
Unfortunately a female member of staff on the bar was rude and said she was doing no cocktails for the night so ended up buying 2 hooches that cost £13. I could’ve cried at paying that price when you can get them in shops £1.50-£2 a can. Didn’t stay long ended up going upstairs to the angry cat bar where the male staff members were lovely and made nice drinks. I was looking forward to this place, but that night has put me off going again.
Finally managed to get back to reality after what can only be described as the BEST En’GAY’gement party we could have asked for. Saturday 9th March, Hosted by the team at Tiki Hideaway bar, this bar is a small venue that you can have up to 40 guests in a roped off area, with plenty of space to dance in and tables to sit at while enjoying the Fire cocktails being made. The Manager Will was an absolute dream, he was checking in on us, anything we asked was no bother. He ensured we had the best night celebrating our engagement. The bar staff were phenomenal. Mira, Kelby and Courtney, a huge shoutout to you for all of your hard work and we are very grateful to have been placed with such great staff. You three really are a credit to this company. So kind and hard working, the 3 of them impressed all of our guests and we really hope to find an event to host it at this bar again soon. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay put all evening, with friends and or family I really would recommend Tiki Hideaway Manchester. I booked this through Tag venue, where I spoke with Heather, who also was just amazing at her job and very helpful and was able to give me the best tips as to how many pizzas to order or how we should give drinks tokens to everyone etc. Thanks again Team we had a blast.
