Great when it works. However, it is open until midnight yet no staff are reachable by phone or email after 6pm and there are often no staff in-store on an evening. When the machines malfunction (this has happened with my orders 3 times), the wait can be upwards of half an hour and unless staff are on-site you cannot cancel or request a refund for the order. I have waited over an hour for an order that said 4 minutes with no updates/communication, and when the order finally was processed, a drink had exploded in the locker damaging the other products and wasting one item. I’ve used this store regularly for over a year and usually it’s a good, convenient experience with good discounts on clearance items. However, this experience of waiting over an hour with no assistance available only to receive damaged products, has changed my opinion of the store.
I tried this in:Five store for the first time and it was honestly the best experience. The staff member Lucian is absolutely incredible. He’s extremely kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to help. There was a recent occasion where we lost our keys, and Lucian went out of his way to help us. Thanks to his effort and kindness, we found them the very next day. Lucian is a true credit to the store, he made us feel so looked after and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience!
Thxx to the asian staff who help me when my phone was died. He help me to charge it, and teach me how to buy here. Don’t even know his name but he’s a top man. I willl definitely share this store to my brod all techs are superb amazing here
