An amazing place to be with a lot of options to shop from and a lot of places to eat at. I went here during the festive Christmas season and could see a lot of great decorations and activities going in the mall. If you want to shop and see things I would recommend to spare at least 3-4 hours for your day before you visit this place. Parking is free for the customers but the premium parking, near to shops, is now chargeable. This can be paid while the charges are confirmed on site.
I was genuinely so shocked by the state of the cinema at Trafford Centre Manchester. It smelled. It was cold. It looked like it hadn't been updated for many many years. Compared to the centre itself which is beautiful, the cinema really let's it down. Going to the toilet feels like a scene from a horror movie with the dark run down corridors. We wanted an ice cream but no one was at the counter, we waited a good 5/10 minutes so we got loaded tater tots that cost £6.99, they hadn't been cooked at all, they were raw, freezing potato balls with cold cheese on, i missed 15 minutes of the movie waiting to swap them for nachos. The counter near room 6 just completely ignored me for 10 minutes whilst messing with a bag of cheese so i missed an important part of the movie but the nachos were ok even though the working area was a real state, I almost told him to forget it but my daughter was hungry. We were so disappointed we left early before the film even finished to go get some non freezing food and a comfy seat. We will absolutely never stop for a movie inbetween shopping at the Trafford center again. This is the first bad review I've ever left as don't like to but I'm down about £30 and I'm not happy. Disappointing
Just amazing 🤩 the whole process of purchasing the tickets online was so smooth and once we arrived they were organized. They have multiple screens and food and drinks collection was fast the staff are very friendly and informative. The cinemas are quite big and u get to choose the seats which all are comfortable even the standard seats. There are VIP seats available. All in all great experience I totally recommend it if you’re in Manchester 🥰
