Discovered this little gem over a year ago and have been coming regularly ever since. It fast became a favourite, due to its chilled atmosphere and super-friendly staff. It's a great place to relax and watch the world go by. Plus it's dog-friendly 😍! Their light bites are delicious and you've just got to try their new salad bar 😋. Many thanks as always 🤗

Just a short walk from The Lowry Hotel, Spice & Grind quickly became one of our favorite coffee stops in Manchester. The atmosphere is modern and cozy, with plenty of comfortable seating, and the coffee was excellent (both the dirty chai and iced latte hit the spot!). What really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were so welcoming and genuinely kind. They not only served us great drinks but also gave thoughtful recommendations on local spots to explore, which really enhanced our visit. Highly recommend this café for anyone staying nearby or looking for a relaxing place to enjoy quality coffee with wonderful service.

It’s as much about the craic as it is the coffee at the Spice & Grind horsebox ; Flo’s on hand every morning with a happy smile and welcoming conversation. The coffee is top drawer too, so much so that I keep holding off buying my own bean to cup as a) I’d rather go to Flo and b) it’s not going to be as good anyway! An institution on the New Bailey footprint and a great start to each day! Thanks Flo!
