My number 1 hair dressers in Manchester! Velichka has so much knowledge about keeping hair healthy while using colour on hair and about what hair styles suit your face shape. I have gone from dark brown to red to blonde back to dark brown all while keeping my hair smooth, silky and healthy. Gabby is the best hair stylist you’ll find with her amazing bouncy curls and blow outs. I love this hair salon, everyone is so kind and welcoming to you. 5 star review
DO NOT PAY ONLINE – SCAM ALERT I made a booking online and was immediately contacted by the person saying she was on leave for a month and wouldn't be available. Since I didn’t want to wait, I asked to cancel and requested a refund. She agreed — but nothing happened after that. No refund, and now she’s stopped responding altogether. Be careful and avoid making any payments online.
Waste of time. I booked a haircut almost 2 weeks before hand, in my note I specified that I wished for the cut to be done as a trim for a mullet. Just a trim. They call me ON THE DAY of the booking (2 hours before) to tell me "they can't do that style because they won't do it right". You had days to tell me this or even better, you can put it on a note on the website! Absolute waste of time. They are not equipped or experienced haircuts. I bet they just woke up and didn't feel like doing it because why do you wait until the day instead of seeing it when it comes through and cancelling it??? Incompetent people.
