Amazing customer service. Bought a pearl necklace gift set on a recent trip to the aquarium and when we opened the clam, the pearl was actually a super cool double (two pearls stuck together) - meaning it wouldn't fit in the cage on the necklace. A quick email to customer service and within 2 hours theyd responded and so kindly sent out a replacement pearl for my necklace. I am SO impressed. I will absolutely be buying more as gifts and supporting this lovely business further. Thank you!
We have only great things to say about this company - my daughter's were both bought a lovely pearl necklace from them as gifts - when they arrived a pearl was missing (as you are warned can happen as it is a natural product) and after a quick phone call with a really polite and friendly member of the team they sent us out 2 more pearls free of charge, in addition to some free gifts to make up for the trouble, and a lovely personalised note to my daughter's too. Good quality products and great customer service, would definitely use this company again.
I was given the note book 'the inspiring notes of a Dachsund owner as an Xmas pressie. After loosing my sole mate Dilly dog I have been writing to him every day in thus journal. The book is a good sold journal, but also soft to use. The pages are think to not show through and lovely to write on. When I tried to get more they have not got the Dachshund ones. However after many emails with Mike Stokes, he has been amazing and arranged for me to be able to have the journals with the Dachsund front and personal to me. I am so so grateful for his help. Words are not enough to describe the thanks I have. But to say the help from Mike and his team are A+++ And I will buy more from them and recommend. Thanks again garaeth
