I have been having laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and I saw results within two sessions. My third session was yesterday. But I had already seen results from the past two sessions. My hair was a lot less and it was growing much slower and thinner.. the lady that does the laser for me is called Candice and she is wonderful. We have conversations during the sessions and she makes me feel comfortable and I ask her for advice with my Skin and she’s very happy to give advice and help. She is very nice. She also checks with me throughout the session if the laser is not too hot and gives me after treatment tips.
I booked to have 12 sessions of laser on there winter deal currently almost 2/3 the way through. And the results are showing! I now feel confident in what I wear as no shaving rash strawberry skin or darkening from the constant shaving. My skin complexion has improved. The people here make you feel welcomed and comfortable when you arrive. No judgement whatsoever, a really pleasing environment to be in for the time of your treatment. 10/10 recommend :)
Results are amazing but the customer service is not. My appointment was on 7/11 at 11am. There was a lady outside at 10:55 to explain her colleague with the key will be arriving in 5-10 minutes. I waited 40 minutes until I decided to leave and asked for my appointment to be rescheduled. No compensation for a waste of 40 minutes on a cold rainy Sunday morning when I had many other things to do. To top it all off I received an automated email to say I had a new appointment on 9/11 at 4pm. No one had called me or emailed me to arrange this appointment. I have tried calling myself to reschedule this appointment three times today and left a voicemail but still haven’t received a response. Such a shame when the results are so good.
