Flex and Tone Gym in Salford is genuinely one of the best gyms I’ve ever visited. The standard of equipment is exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality machines that cater for all styles of training, whether you’re focused on strength, hypertrophy, or general fitness. Everything is well laid out, clean, and clearly maintained to a very high standard, which immediately stands out. The atmosphere in the gym is excellent—motivating without being intimidating. There’s a real sense of community, and the members were extremely friendly and respectful, which makes training there a great experience regardless of your level. A special mention has to go to Adam on reception. He was outstanding from start to finish—welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to walk me through the different areas of the gym, explained the equipment, and did so with genuine pride and enthusiasm. He was an absolute gentleman throughout my visit and is a real credit to the gym. Overall, Flex and Tone offers top-tier equipment, a fantastic vibe, and customer service that goes above and beyond. Great gym, there is more high quality lifting equipment here than I have ever seen in any other gym. Proper gym porn and great for people of all levels from beginners to experienced. Everyone is friendly and the prices are great £7 for the day or £40 for the month.
Flex & Tone Gym in salford is honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been to. It has that gritty, hardcore bodybuilding vibe you usually only find in oldschool American gyms heavy weights, serious lifters, and an atmosphere that pushes you to train harder. But at the same time, it’s super welcoming. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, everyone’s friendly, the staff are great, The owner especially is awesome showed me around the gym and made it feel like home you’ll never feel out of place. It’s the perfect mix of intensity and community a place where you can really grow.
