Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic has been extremely distressing. I was already in a very difficult psychological state, and instead of receiving proper care and professionalism, the situation became much worse. I paid a large amount of money expecting proper dental treatment, but due to their negligence and poor handling of my case, I did not receive the dental crowns that I was promised, even after four months. As a result, gaps have appeared between my teeth, which has severely affected both my confidence and my mental health. The lack of responsibility, follow-up, and empathy shown by the clinic has left me feeling ignored and emotionally exhausted. This experience has been deeply damaging, especially for someone who trusted them during a vulnerable time. Even the bonding material or dental material placed on my teeth was of very poor quality. Within six months, it broke and became damaged, causing additional pain and emotional distress. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone expecting professionalism, commitment, or genuine
I had a really good experience at Ruh Dental , I felt comfortable from start to finish , everything was explained clearly. I would Definitely recommend Ruh Dental if you’re looking to have work done , you won’t regret it. A mention to Amy , who was my point of contact for this Dentist , she made sure I was looked after , answered any questions and went through everything with me step by step.
These guys know how to do dental care the right way. After seven years of not seeing a dentist, I went to the clinic in August 2025. From the beginning there was a clear road map to what I needed to do in order to have my desired treatment which was composite bonding; so after some hygiene appointments and whitening I was ready to go; just this week Dr Amit completed to composite bonding treatment and I could not be happier with the results; Amy was also incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down the logistics behind the treatment, including my financing plan. Each appointment all the staff were incredibly helpful, patient accommodating, and attentive throughout the entire process could not recommend these guys enough. A friend of mine mentioned Ruh Dental to me back in 2022 after she got her composite bonding, and I’ve been meaning to go there ever since; and I’m so glad that it’s stuck with me. It is a really worthy investment in yourself.
