The efficiency and professionalism were on another level. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely lovely to deal with — their customer service was spot on from start to finish. A big thank you to Sadaf, who was extremely helpful and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I picked up their Dubai Chocolate Cake, which is my absolute favourite — rich, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I’ve had it before and it never disappoints. Absolute rubbish in the name of birthday cake. Ruined my birthday entirely. Cake was 60% whipped cream - as if I ordered whipped cream. Don't waste your money with this people.
