Shocking Experience at Urban Cuts – Avoid at All Costs! I took my 10-year-old son to Urban Cuts – Barber Shop for a routine haircut, and we left absolutely heartbroken. The barber shaved off part of his right eyebrow — a completely unacceptable mistake. When I pointed it out, instead of taking responsibility or even showing a hint of concern, he blamed my son, claiming he came into the shop like that. That is completely false. My poor boy was in tears, clearly upset and embarrassed. But the barber showed no empathy, no apology, and no accountability. He just kept coldly insisting, “it’s not my fault” and “not my job.” That kind of dismissive and unprofessional attitude is the last thing any parent or child should have to deal with. This wasn’t just a bad haircut — it was a deeply upsetting experience caused by carelessness and a total lack of integrity. I would never trust this place again, and I strongly urge other families to stay away from Urban Cuts. Don’t risk your child’s confidence or well-being in the hands of someone who refuses to admit a mistake, let alone fix it. One star is too generous.
Very good service all time and give the best hair cut and always give the best style. Highly recommend
One of the worst haircuts I've had, firstly which i found high disrespectful told me I needed a hair transplant, then I asked for a medium fade, and turned the chair around to the window so I couldn't see in the mirror what he was doing, gave me a high fade, I asked for a bears trim and before asking me how I want it, proceeds to pretty much cut my entire beard off, when I challenged this he started to argue with me. Beard trim unfinished, if I could give no stars I would. No wonder no one else was in there. AVOID!!!!!
