I got a hole in a new puffer coat. The suggested fix from Stitches was hard to visualise because they had to be quite creative butvthe end result is brilliant. You'd never know the coat has been altered to hide the tear. Highly recommended
Got some jackets fixed here and I can’t believe how well they turned out, customer service was extremely good and the prices were fair too. I was under the initial impression that some of these items were beyond fixing but they look brand new. I’ve added an after & before photo to show the repair too. Amazing
I’ve been a customer for years, but recently noticed inconsistency in their pricing so before I went there, I called ahead to get a price estimate and was given a clear price range. However, when I brought in my garment, they unexpectedly added 20% on top of the highest quoted price simply because it was a designer brand. When I questioned this, they dismissed it and simply shrugged as if they couldn’t care less. This felt misleading, unprofessional, and like they were taking advantage once they saw the brand. Very poor customer service, I won’t be returning.
