About

A traditional pub with a focus on sports, particularly cricket, given its proximity to Old Trafford. They serve Holt Bitter alongside a selection of lagers and stouts. Some visitors mention the food, including burgers, though availability may vary. The building has historic character, and there’s occasional live music with DJs. Service is often described as prompt.

I would like to thank the lovely individual who served me today. My friend ordered two drinks and I was outside at this moment… as I walked into the pub and stood with him I was approached by the women who then asked me what my order was. I replied with sorry I didn’t order let me ask him. To then be abused by this Women. Wish I took her name. But in all honesty I was just shocked that she abused us. again lovely service. If the pub would like me to describe the individual-please reply and I will happily phone. (Google would not let me type what she said so again I’d be happy enough to speak on the phone)

Absolutely liars about their opening time, they shut 1:30 before they say. They don’t do food, so lucky to get a one star there. Appalling pub,

Stopped off for a quick bite to eat after a day out. We were served quickly and within a reasonable amount of time. The food was good quality, the only little tiny gripe would be the burger patty could have done with being a little flatter (see photo) and filling more of the bun, tasted great though. Prices are competitive with rival brands in the market.
