I went in last week for a trim and blow dry. I asked the hairdresser to remove my split ends and after spending over £100 on the hair cut, I still have my split ends. I would not recommend this place, the hairdresser did more talking than cutting. So unimpressed. So I sent you an email and I didn't receive a response..... I am writing to complain about my hair cut at your salon. I went in to get rid of my split ends and my hair is full of split ends. My hair is naturally curly and I don't think the stylist understands how to cut curly hair. The hair cut cost me over £100 so I would have expected a better outcome. It's poor service and I will not be using your services again.

Feeling short changed- paid £103 for roots and blow dry. Except no blow dry -just sitting under a heater. For the privilege of leaving the salon with hair still damp hair I have to pay £40 odd, as the ridiculous policy of not being an allowed to leave with hair wet is applied . But the frustrating part is that with exception of one time I have never left with dry hair. Styling products applied and heat applied to the top of my head. Hair is not dry!. This is wrong. It is unfair. I have attended on 3 or 4 occasions and I know the costs all adds up. I do not believe this is a fair policy for a regular customer. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this establishment. The service is not value for money. I raised this with the salon and they did their best but ‘their hands are tied’ and offered to blot dry my hair! I have wavy hair so what use is this to me ! (diffuser doesn’t work).
