I do not recommend this salon. I had a simple manicure with regular polish, no extensions, and I’m honestly shocked. The polish was applied unevenly and took over 20 minutes to dry — it was still sticky and kept sticking to my clothes. I went back and the technician tried to fix it, but after leaving the salon it was still the same. They refused to give me a refund, saying that the polish just takes a long time to dry. 🤦♀️ I will never go back there again. 👎🏻I’m also attaching a photo taken one hour after the manicure.
Lovely lady today working at the perfume counter. Very polite, sweet and helpful. Helped me and my friend get the right perfumes we were looking for. She made us feel welcomed and appreciate. Asian woman called Zarna bless her really nice while trying to juggle 3 customers.
I’d like to personally give a BIG THANK YOU to Clarisse (apologies if I have spelt your name incorrectly)- for her custom today. I met with my best friend after 2 years! Travelling from The Midlands. We decided to have a manicure and catchup and Clarisse made us feel so comfortable. She had a laugh and joke with us throughout. She was so bubbly and funny. She was conversational and she really took pride in her work. She is an asset to Superdrug Beauty Studio and as for being a representative of Trafford Centre. She was just that! She was telling us about all the go to places at the Trafford Centre. She was all around lovely and it was so nice to meet her today 🤍 Thank you Clarisse! May you stay happy in all to come 🤍
