Customer Reviews
A great spot to take the kids on a rainy day. While it’s a bit pricey, the experience is definitely worth it. My kids had an amazing time for hours. The café serves delicious cakes and coffee, though if you’re looking for a big meal, the menu is pretty limited to things like chips and pizza. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. They even have a zip wire, which was a hit, and the soft play area is the biggest I’ve ever seen! There's also good music and a fun atmosphere. It’s a perfect treat for the little ones, and if your kids love football, there's even a pitch for them to enjoy. Highly recommend for a fun day out!
It was a really enjoyable family day out with the kids. However, most attractions have age or height restrictions that limit toddlers, while older children (5 and above) can fully enjoy everything. Younger ones are usually restricted to dedicated toddler areas or soft play zones. Still, it works well as a nice family experience overall.
We paid over £14 for two adults and our 2½-year-old. When we arrived, they told us the toddler area was closed all day. No refund, no help. Our child had to play with much older kids, which didn’t feel safe. We had to stay with them the whole time. The place feels rundown. Most things cost extra, and the food and drinks weren’t great. It’s more for kids over 6. The only good part was the friendly staff in the restaurant, although I almost got scammed for 1 jelly 🙈😆 Not worth it for little ones.
