Nice place in Manchester to enjoy a pleasant breakfast. Had the avocado toast with avocado, picked Onions, hazelnut crumble, and coriander. Very flavorful. I enjoyed the coffee as well. The establishment was very clean, spacious, and the staff was excellent. Recommended place to eat and get away from the cold.

Nothing in my life will ever compare to that sweet, thick cut, perfectly cooked to melt in your mouth, emotional epiphany of a bacon sandwich. As a full grown adult man I am stoic. Born of rock and salt. This sandwich brought this rock to tears. I could feel it from the first moment the flesh touched my tongue. Blurry vision, uncontrollable smile. A single tear. I think I tasted joy that joy. Pure bliss and joy in the form of bacon. Then I moved into the wedge of brioche that could stop a bus from rolling downhill. Iced with a thick coating of fresh fresh fresh crème fraiche this looking like a cinnamon bun from a big builders bakery. Iconic. So large it blocked out the sun. So I ate in the shade. Transported to a realm of flight. Tippy toed on clouds of heaven and then opened my eyes to see I was still trapped within this mortal coil. To seer the sadness from my heart of this realisation I moved onto the golden nectar of our feathered flightless friend. Poached to perfection I delved my blade into the heart of the beast to release the ambrosia of the gods. Eldorado. Liquid gold. I loaded up Poseidon’s trident with all the offering upon my plate, released them upon my pallet and was met with what I can only describe as a moment of peace. Enlightened. Fulfilled. Humbled and certainly in my lane. Yet left only to yearn for more. Dreaming of this sweet godly offering. Fantasising of flavour. If it were socially acceptable I would have licked that plate clean and asked for any leftovers like a rabid street dog. But I kept my composure. Like a true gentleman. If life is a mathematic equation the then PKB open bacon sandwich is the answer. I know my purpose now. I have lived. And I may die happy. Compliments to the Chef

One of the best brunch spots in town for sure, we go there maybe at least once or twice a month and it’s always top notch. Food is excellent, staff are lovely, welcoming, attentive and speedy. The venue is nice, spacious and clean. Pastries are also out of this world, see you soon!
