There’s a reason Pip has won This Is Manchester’s Restaurant of the Year 2025. With sustainability at the heart of this exciting new addition to Manchester’s food scene, Pip has truly given other eateries a run for their money. Having not previously had the pleasure of dining here, I was immediately struck by how beautifully decorated and cosy the restaurant is. The open space and boho-eclectic style create a sense of intimacy without feeling closed in. I’m so glad I took the chance to visit what has quickly become one of my Manchester favourites. From start to finish, the staff were fantastic and attentive, despite multiple Thanksgiving celebrations taking place at the same time. Our meal at Pip made my mother’s birthday that extra bit special, and for that I’m incredibly grateful. The oysters may well be the best I’ve had on land — beautifully garnished (get four, not two… I wish I had). The trout was divine, and as for the mains — I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Our server, Adam, was an absolute gent and made us feel completely at ease. Across the board, the service was impeccable. We could easily have spent the whole evening here. Go and try Pip for yourself — you won’t be disappointed.

A nice restaurant with nice decor and a good busy vibe. Waited a while for our booked table. Food was great but maybe the small plate portions could be a little less small. The treacle tart with Earl grey was lovely Service from Reece was great, friendly and relaxed

Great place. Had a 50% off deal on the January lunch menu which made it even better but it would have been amazing at normal price. Staff were really good to us.
