Another fantastic stay with Premier Inn, and once again, you’ve proven why you’re so reliable. No matter which location i choose, the consistency of room standards is spot on. I always know exactly what I am getting: a clean, comfortable, well-maintained room that’s designed for a great night’s sleep. The pricing is refreshingly fair, offering excellent value without compromising on quality. This particular location is perfectly situated, making it incredibly convenient and ideal whether you’re visiting for work or leisure. What really stood out during this stay was the staff. Every member of the team was genuinely helpful, friendly, and professional, going out of their way to make the experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. Premier Inn continues to set the benchmark for dependable comfort, great service, and value for money. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Booked as was at Christies Withington Hospital. Room fine apart from mixer tap was faulty, we did notify reception on arrival day but had unpacked and under my circumstances did not want to change rooms, did mention tap to maid on leaving the next day... Just in case. No restaurant facilities but was made aware when booked, so not a problem. If staying to attend Christies, Withington they do a lovely breakfast at a reasonable price.

I'm sure it's usually okay but my family and I had the worst experience. 1. We booked an accessibility room. The room was up a flight of stairs and at the end of a corridor. If a fire broke out and the lift didn't work, a person with a disability would be at extreme risk. 2. The restaurant was out of order and a makeshift hut was set up for breakfast. This was closed on the first day due to frozen pipes. 3. On the 3rd night, we were woken at 00:30 by flashing lights and the smoke alarm going off. We had a baby in the room and had to get dressed and vacate. The alarm stopped, we got undressed and back in bed only for it to go off again. We were told that it was steam from a shower, the entire hotel had to vacate outside in the middle of winter. We went back, got into bed, only for it to go off again. This continued until 01:30. The baby was severely distressed and found it difficult to go back to sleep. We had to be up at 7am to go to work. 4. The 4th day, there was no hot water available and we had to have cold showers. 5. We had to ask for sheets to be changed even though we requested a daily from clean, it seems like changing sheets is not included in it. They were clearly filthy, as our son had spilt prune puree over them. 6. At night, you can hear people on the upper floor walking over creaky floorboards, so the rooms are not totally soundproof. There was no apology from the staff or Premier Inn. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially with family.
