Poor service in general. The least attention provided and the least explanation. It seems doctors don’t even know interaction of some medicine type with known autoimmune diseases. It doesn’t ever feel reliable to be visited by this practice. Avoid if you can! UPDATE: to answer the practice reply - the assistance provided is in the majority of cases late and poor. I have raised my question during the session and I was not answered with a clear and medically reliable explanation. Guidance is not clearly provided and apart from some other ways of approaching kindness, it doesn’t always feel to be fully covered and satisfied with the service and attention needed. On the other side, I doubt it is legal that you are able to associate my sensitive medical data with the data from this review and if this is the case then I feel it is a breach of privacy. For many years I have been with this practice because I live nearby, and apart from the quality of services and kindness of Miss Donohoe, I have always struggled to get a decent, prompt help. This is my experience with your practice since 2018 at least. Years ago, it took me 6 months of atopic eczema on my face to make you urge for a dermatologist referral. Although I was explaining you that i suffer from eczema since childhood, instead you pushed and insisted on using antifungal and antiacne treatments before listening to your patience and agreeing to a visit with a specialist. This was the worst experience and since then I have lost faith and trust.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The place is underfunded like the majority of GP practises UK wide which is not their fault at all and they do brilliantly with what they have and seem to have some genuinely fantastic caring staff with them. I had a particularly great experience with Debbie who helped me out a lot! Thank you all

Shocking service, wait a week to respond for something urgent, then call you twice in space of 45 minutes then if you can’t answer in that window they close your case do you start the process over. How can patients with jobs and commitments be reasonably expected to be on standby for a call for an entire week? It’s a broken system that only wastes more time for everybody in the end.
