Amanda has been absolutely fantastic. This was my first operation, and she was so gentle and reassuring when removing my dressings, which really helped put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was also very responsive and helpful, reassuring me that I could contact her if I had any other concerns. Thanks to Amanda, I panicked a lot less, and I’m very grateful for her care and kindness.
Dr.Amanda words can not describe her work...I took my father here and the service received was absolutely phenomenal. Her kindness, her empathy, attentiveness and her nurturing instincts is levels above anything. You could definitely tell that she has years and years of experience, went over and above to make sure everything was okay and checked. She did machine tests AND manual tests to make sure the machines showed a accurate reading I mean honestly one of the best health practitioners I have come across . THANK YOU❤️
Really great experience! Friendly and efficient staff, nice modern clinic and the doctor was superb (Dr Fletcher - I think it was, hopefully I got that right!). Sometimes you feel your GP isn’t listening to you, but this doctor was genuinely empathetic and took time to listen and made sure I got the right treatment. Thank you once again.
