Waited over 10 minutes in line only for the man behind the counter to serve another customer who had just walked in. Customer service is awful. Happy to take my business elsewhere. Was so much better when it was McHughs.
Staff was so unhelpful in this store so I decided to get my child’s uniform from another shop.
Iv been shopping here for years always great straight forward so long as you purchase your uniform early never had any issues with the Stretford branch. It seems this year they have pushed for online ordering etc so I thought why not to help make life easier well what a joke. Firstly I had no email confirmation of my delivery date or delivery. Which after chasing it up was told it had been delivered and put in my blue bin which by the way had been emptied 3 days before. So after spending hours on the phone to customer service being rold they wouldn't refund me until I raised a complaint with royal mail as they needed a complaint number. After several calls and lots of persistence I managed to get my refund but with only 3 days until school starts my daughter has only 1 jumper instead of the 5 items we ordered . As promised I attempted to get the complaint details from royal mail only to be told the sending company has to raise the complaint so again just being given the run around when they as a company could of easily rectified the issues and kept me as a loyal happy customer. Whatever you do dont order online. Iv never had an issue before and its sad that something like this has know cost me lots of time and money. Looks like my lil one will be starting school in her old uniform and who wants that for your first day back. Im very disappointed to say the least. Something should have been done as no emails where ever sent to confirm or to state a delivery date and to resolve the issue was the biggest palaver ever
