Ordered food for delivery on New Year’s Eve, said could take up to two hours. After two hours tried calling takeaway couldn’t get through, no answer. In the end husband drove to takeaway after 3 hours wait and they made our food there. As we paid delivery they gave us £2 cash back and a free can of Coke… food was bland and not their usual standard. Poor apology and bad customer service for what happened. Assume no food would have arrived either if we didn’t turn up. Won’t be going back again
The food here is always of an excellent standard. Whenever we’ve ordered from here, it’s been fresh, flavourful & absolutely delicious. This is without a doubt our go-to Chinese takeaway, consistently great quality and taste every time!
Go to Chinese every week! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Same woman who works at the counter always greeted with kindness and the best Chinese food I’ve had. Won’t go anywhere else :)
