Served by Simon the store manager. Went out of his way to help with gifts for partner and dad. Well stocked and left with pristine versions of what I came for. Highly recommend!

I have recently visited the Trafford Centre store to purchase various items for my husband. Quite simply to sum up: Carl the Manager is exemplary, courteous and has a calm experienced manner about himself. Totally professional. Thank you Carl. All staff are super friendly and helpful with an extensive knowledge of the products. Friendly smiles always make for a better experience! Jean

Turned up on time but had to stand outside for 10 minutes while the staff sat in a meeting instead of opening the store. When they eventually let me in, I was told they don’t exchange online orders in-store — even though the item was bought directly from The North Face website. Completely pointless trip and a total waste of my Sunday.
