Fantastic store!! Aaron the shop manager went above and beyond to help Me get a purchase that wasn't even in his branch. I rang up a few days previously for an item. This had sold out online and at all other branches in the North that I could travel to. I Then rang and Spoke to Aaron who was extremely helpful. He said one was showing at a store in Cumbria. He said he happened to be going there himself and would ring to confirm they had it and would ring me back within 10 mins which he did. He rang me back confirming that they had put it aside in the size I needed and that he would collect it. Aaron advised that he would be returning to his branch and I could collect it in a few days. No deposit or anything was needed just my name and he would keep it aside. I have collected the item today and was really pleased. It isn't an expensive item but means alot as its a gift for my mum and weve not been able to get it anywhere else (and believe me I've tried!) The store has been really helpful and really did go above and beyond. I would recommend them and their services because it didnt matter that it wont of been their biggest sale but they went above and beyond to help me which speaks highly of their integrity as a store. Thanks Aaron and thanks Peacocks. I will definitely use this branch again and direct people to you if they need anything.
Very expensive 🫰 and staff It makes you understand that you shouldn't look at clothing, it's up to you what you do, you'll simply go bankrupt. I left without commenting and offered you what you offered the customer, that passive customer when shopping. Now you've lost me, and I work in this field and I know how to attract customers and make business work.
Bought the Kate shaper jeggings in burgundy as I loved the colour and a fabulous price. Delighted that they were also 20% off so was super happy. Only downside was they didn't have my size so having travelled to another branch in another town and still not got my size had to order on line. Found the ordering process odd as the description came up as red even though they were burgundy so was expecting them to be wrong when I collected them but they were OK. Also the store apparently doesn't inform you that they're delivered so a bit of guesswork was required as to when they were in so I've knocked a star off for the slightly negative experience ordering on line but the jeggings themselves are super quality for the price.
