If I could give no stars I would. Agree with everything said so far. Lovely clothes but absolutely awful customer service! I have been in this shop several times during the last 12 months and have been completely ignored every single time, whether there is one person behind the counter or when there are two because they are just chatting to each other. Consequently have walked out without buying anything and ignored on the way out! Shame on you Roman for obviously ignoring these terrible reviews as nothing changes
Roman - or Roman Originals z is in The Lowry Outlet Mall in Salford Quays. They are on the ground floor. They sell women's clothing and had clothes on sale. I enjoyed looking around. The service was good!!!
Awful experience - The staff in on Monday 10/03/2025 ignored me and my friend to have a conversation. I decided to ask for her help as I waited a while with no acknowledgment and she proceeded to call us rude to the people she was talking to. My daughter went in today to speak to the manager who was disrespectful and told her to get out if she isn’t making a purchase . We left very upset and sad as it was one of my favourite shops. Please be nicer to customers.
