I compelled to leave a review about the amazing service given by Sharon at the Salford store. I was looking for a pair of Hush Puppies Mason casual shoes after seeing them in the Wythenshawe but unfortunately my size was not available. I contacted the Salford store and spoke to Sharon who then made it her personal mission to locate these shoes and agreed to call me back. Sharon as agreed called me back, unfortunately, once again these were not available anywhere in Manchester in a size ten. However, they gave an alternative in a size ten, which were Hush Puppies Mason in a lighter brown colour, which were perfect, and I duly reserved them at the Newton Heath store. The service was polite, professional and helpful I received from Sharon.
The selection is impressive. The prices are impressive. They just never seem to last, bit of a false economy. Yes you can get a wide selection of kids schools for under a £10 bit you will be lucky if they don't look trashed after a week. Thought maybe with the first pair of I shoes I bought it was an exception but the second pair did the same
Find it really hard to find size 8 infant shoes no problems here. Lots of variety and choice at very good prices. With great customer service very happy with my purchases.
