Excellent quality of clothes and great price! Definitely worth a visit every now and then. Bought many clothes here and they have all lasted a long time. Very comfortable too. Stuff in clearance can be really cheap!
I recently made a purchase at an M&S outlet and was quite disappointed with the after-sales service. No receipt was provided at checkout, and there appears to be no proper record or log of purchases kept by the store. When I tried to return an item, I was told that without a receipt, nothing could be done — even though the purchase was made just days before. It's incredibly frustrating as a customer to be left without options due to the store's lack of documentation. This kind of system puts all the burden on the customer, even when the issue stems from the store's own failure to provide proof of purchase. I expected better from a brand like M&S. The Manager didn't even bother to ask the status when I finished talking to customer care and she stood there watching I collect the stuff and walk away. Not sure what to say about this. I was fortunate enough to get quality support from Customer care and they seem bothered and attentive unlike the store people. Strange, store sells the product and do not have log of sold items.
This M&S is another great place to shop in Media City for bargains. Just like NEXT and CREW in the Lowry Outlet Mall it has massive reductions on clothing and is much cheaper than the high street stores. The staff are very friendly and approachable. There is a M&S Home store in the Mall too both situated on the ground floor. The home store has some good discounts on furniture and bedclothes, towels etc so handy if you live in the area.
