I visited last friday at noon time and was recieved with horrendous customer service. I was just checking purses and taking pictures of them and all the staff gathered around me and started giving me looks and kept coughing(both of them girls)as if to give me a signal to leave even when there were other customers around me. I mean, i know i took abit longer to decide but comeon, u cant stand on my head just bcz im taking a bit longer. They kept coming and asking me if i was okay and if i am still deciding and if i am gonna take longer? I mean, if u have a problem with me standing and deciding, or maybe touching the purse, or taking pictures, then maybe you should’nt open a retail shop or maybe keep everything protected in a glass. All in all, i did endup buying a bag which maybe proved to them, i was actually a customer, not just a random drunk person trying to steal or waste time.😏 The bags were nice, but a better customer service and less judgemental looks would be appreciated.
AXP Outlet is a smaller women's clothing shop on the ground floor of The Lowry in Salford Quays. It is near the main entrance. They sell clothing and have a fitting room where you can try clothes on. They sell some accessories. I have usually had decent customer service here.
Tried to return an item for a refund to be told its not possible despite being on the website that returns accepted within 14 days. I bought it. 24 hours previously *****EDIT**"*** Just to clarify, the items WERE bought in your store, i returned 24 hours later with my receipt in hand My review is a true account of the way i was dealt with. Refund was declined!! My review will stay Thank you for your inaccurate response!! I then got told that they have nothing to do with AX paris, yet signage throughout the shop says exactly that - AX Paris : -( They didn't have anything i liked in my size so I am now £36 out of pocket and stuck with two items i can not wear. I didn't want a credit note as i certainly won't be back They are the only shop in tbe Lowry that don't refund Wont be shopping there again and staff are most unhelpful and rude
