Colby's is an absolute gem in Stretford, great atmosphere with really friendly staff They have a wide selection of beers and a funky cocktail menu and bar snacks. I went for the cheese board and couldn't believe the portion size for the price great value will be back 100%
First time visiting and can't wait to go back. Super attentive and friendly hosts, amazing cocktails and the best ever charcuterie boards! Decor is quirky and a great atmosphere. Can't wait to return!
Love this place. The cocktail menu is fantastic! I tried a Mudslide last night which was divine! They have a small food menu which includes fondue.
