This place is such a brilliant asset to the area. Delighted to discover it. It's a really pleasant space, the coffee is rich, the mugs generous, and the lady who runs the place is lovely and clearly has a talented eye for curation, colour and design.

A café like this is exactly what Old Trafford needed, but the service lets it down. I’m giving it two stars, and that’s purely because the coffee is excellent and the ambience is great. However, the service is consistently poor. This was my second visit, and I had hoped my first experience was just a one off. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Both times, the lady didn’t say a single word. No greeting, no “how can I help?”, no thank you, not even a smile. I had to guess it was time to pay when the card machine lit up while my coffee was being made. I don't expect a full conversation, but basic manners would make a huge difference. It’s a shame, because I genuinely want to support local businesses, but I’d rather go to Costa or Starbucks, where at least the service is reliable. Sadly, I won't be returning or recommending.

By far the best coffee around this area but the beans are top quality if you like to brew your own - great pastries too!
