Pure Convenience

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, and I won’t be collecting my items from this location anymore. Every time I go for a collection, the same staff member shows no regard for who arrived first. She takes my details, then ignores me and serves everyone else in the queue before even bothering to get my package. It’s incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. When I finally asked her if she was being serious, she slammed my order on the desk, which was completely rude and unnecessary. At this point, I can’t recommend this shop at all. The service is consistently horrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful.

This is the second time my parcel has gone missing at this shop, which is far too much of a coincidence. When I asked staff to check again in the shop, they refused and insisted the parcels had already been collected by the courier — without actually checking. I don’t understand how they can be so certain without even looking. On top of that, they refused to give me a drop-off receipt, which is essential for Vinted. I asked why, as I am normally always asked for my email to receive a receipt, and the only explanation I was given was, “we just don’t give it sometimes.” That is not an acceptable or reassuring answer. I insisted on being given a receipt, but they still refused, which is completely unacceptable! Customer service was awful overall. Every time I come here, I am made to wait while other customers are allowed to cut in front of me, despite me being there first. After losing my parcels twice, refusing to help, and not providing proof of drop-off, I have completely lost trust in this shop. I will not be using this service again and would strongly advise others to be very cautious.
