What is the problem with the guy that works here?? He is beyond rude and looks at you like you have 10 heads. On the phone today when I came in to store and was in no hurry to end his conversation. Please give him training in how to be a respectful human. He obviously has no idea on how to do this. This has happened multiple times when collecting parcels. Will 100% not be using Best-One anymore due to this… would be 0 stars if I could.. absolute disgrace.
Please get some customer service training. Went to collect a package today after receiving a UPS note through the door while we were away. I had the note with me. The man asked for the name on the package (there are 2 possibilities for our address). He was very accusatory and told me there was no parcel with that name and denied that there was even a package for that address. I was quite upset as the way he spoke to me made me feel I was trying it on. My husband then went in and managed to find out that there actually was a package, with a different name (someone who lives a few doors down and who can now receive their package). I’m not sure if my husband looks more trustworthy than me but it is interesting that whatever code he was trying to stick to by denying any package existed to me he promptly broke when my husband asked. Not impressed.
Best aspect is their Evri drop off , but very good overall. Good choice of wines and spirits
