My partner visited this store today and tripped over what looked like a few boxes of beer left in the centre isle. The 2nd pic is a bruise forming less than 3 hours after the incident. Spoke to the girl on checkout and she apologised and asked for the manager to attend. Once I'd spoken to him it took me seconds to determine he couldn't be bothered and his attitude stunk.I informed him I was going to contact head office (which I have) about the offending boxes to which his reply was "Go for it" and the attitude towards the complaint was less than exemplary so I added onto the complaint. If you "the manager" reads this then I strongly suggest you attend a customer care course of some description.
Staff arent trained to know valid forms of ID
This is my goto place for a quick shop. Its very near my house,literally I get back in 10 min. The only issue is that they don't have everything like they have stopped keeping yogurt which is sad. Otherwise get most of the basic things here and there is a bakery section with freshly baked items which is great.
