Olivia is absolutely amazing at what she does! I first met her back in February when I travelled to Manchester for work from London. From the start, she was so friendly and made sure I felt completely comfortable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and gave her honest opinion about which extras would benefit me most, which I really appreciated. And the facial workout was exceptional. So much so that when I knew I was heading back to Manchester today, I had to book an appointment with her. As expected… she delivered again. Just amazing! Highly recommend.
Olivia is a fantastic therapist and a credit to your team. She made me feel at ease and explained my treatment ahead. As soon as she touched me l knew she was a good therapist/trainer.
