What on earth has happened to our usually great shop? The few existing members of staff are really nice, but the recent influx of new staff is definitely not doing the shop any favours. They are unhelpful, surly, do not engage with customers, even to tell you how much the bill is at the till, and clearly do not want to be there. So much so, a number of people have told me that they don’t even go into the store anymore.

The staff are great! The price's arnt... Sainsburys in Lymm have most produce apart from meats cheaper now. Heron are getting greedy. I'll give them a few years before they disappear.
