A great tailoring service. I had a pair of suit trousers which had been tapered incorrectly, which caused an issue with the permanent seam. They were able to sort them out and now they are wearable again. Highly recommended.
Had some brand new curtains altered which, when hanging, were far shorter than we had requested. Called the shop who confirmed they had got it wrong. They were unable to rectify the mistake with the existing curtains so advised they would order a new pair and alter them to the required length. This they did virtually immediately and we were able to collect the curtains the following day. They made the initial mistake (we all make them!!) but then went out of their way to resolve the problem. That's what we call old fashioned customer service to the highest level!!! Curtains now hanging perfectly, thank you!!!!
