I am very concerned about the repeated incidents I’ve experienced at this shop. I have been parking my car on public land, yet a staff member continues to come outside, follow me, and ask me to move my car. This has made me feel uncomfortable and distressed. I would like management to please address this issue, as this kind of behaviour feels like harassment and is unacceptable, especially while representing a business. I hope this can be resolved professionally, so customers and members of the public can feel safe and respected.
When I dropped the dry cleaning off I took a photo of the ticket, as I have ADHD and it's quite easy to lose a tiny ticket. when I turned up to collect and showed the photo of the ticket, the owner got mardy with me for not bringing the paper ticket and insisted that I should have known that I needed to (despite not mentioning this to me when I dropped it off). It felt needlessly aggressive! I don't do dry cleaning very often, but I'll know for next time, I assume she was just having a bad day.
Unfortunately a very poor finish on my dry cleaning. They managed to shrink and severely crease the lining of my blazer - something I've never experienced at another dry cleaning place. They also double creased my suit trousers which looked awful.
