Been a long time customer at their Cheetham Hill branch. They have issues there and let me down badly. After delaying me for more than a week they finally returned my pants messed up so badly! I kindly asked them to at least refund me but they wouldn’t even response despite them acknowledging that they had a difficult situation to deal with. See the photos. They ripped up my trouser, didn’t saw anything back and simply stitched back on the belt loops thereby sawing down my small pocket and elastics!! Extremely poor job - I could have done better by hand and still they won’t refund me the £25
