Not overly impressed with this but I’m waiting for my broken washing machine to be sorted, so needs must. It doesn’t send you a text 5 mins before it ends so don’t rely on this aspect. The smell of the washed clothes isn’t great really and I’m dubious as to how hot the water gets when it’s been washed and how much detergent is used as I don’t see any bubbles or anything. EDIT - after thinking about this I’m about 90% the evidence suggests for certain it washes with cold water and no detergent. I can’t prove this obviously but nothing bubbles up when it’s spinning round not one bit, there’s no steam on the inside of the door when running, the clothes are cold when I open the door and touch them immediately after it finishing, and lights marks are still there on the clothes that would otherwise come off in a wash usually.
The Experience for The First Time Using This Outside Laundry Service in Stretford Manchester! Absolutely Terrible No Great Service. 9kg machine was full of Dogs/ Cats hair!! 10kg Machine started well waited for the Text to say it was Finished. When I arrived, Machine Had Failed and the 3 blankets were soaking Wet with water. The had not been even washed properly. Had to take blankets to Another local Laundrette to Wash all ovr Again. No warning and No Customer service Available. Very Disappointing with this Service and Advise people to Not Use This Service. Dryer was not in service also. After spending the afternoon Calling Customer Services and getting No answer. I emailed Company as requested on Automated message. Still waiting on reply following Day. Waste of Money and Time consuming. No Star.....
Don’t bother! One machine broke half way through cycle. Customer services not open. Had to put soaking clothing with detergent not rinsed into another machine at additional cost. Even the working machine didn’t spin clothing very well, and it was sodden. Dryer worked but had a ?belt or piece of felt hanging down near door. These need maintenance. In future, I’d rather pay for a professional laundry collection service (probably cheaper in this case) if my washing machine breaks again.
