Awful.. my own fault for giving them chance after chance. My car was with them for two and a half hours.. immediately I noticed smears all over the bonnet and near the boot. I was told “it’s my paintwork” when I ran my finger across the smears it was very clear the wrong product/cloth had been used. Bodywork hadn’t even been shampooed as there was old black plastic restorer still all over the parts. Spiders webs still over the wing mirrors, glass not clean at all. Also charged me £70 when looking at my bank when the screen said £63 and the website says £58.. Much better going to the independent car washes for a fifth of the price. Wouldn’t mind if they offered to sort the car out but to pretend it’s the paint told me they were not interested. This is why they make you pay up front. Never again.
Really disappointed with the level of service I received — especially for £94. The silver trims along the top of my car on both sides hadn’t even been cleaned, let alone polished or detailed. Not what I’d expect from a professional detailing service. I didn’t spot it when I collected my car as I’d just finished 7 hours of shopping in the Trafford Centre on one of the hottest days of the year, so I wasn’t exactly in the mood to inspect every inch. But once I got home and noticed, it was really frustrating. Definitely not worth the price paid.
I am super fussy about who I let near my Aston. H2O I trust totally to take really good care and bring it to showroom condition. Awesome.
