I’ve had one of the worst dental experiences of my life at this clinic. Every time I visited, the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional, speaking to me in a way that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I had the same tooth crowned three different times, and every single crown broke after only a few months. Instead of helping me properly, they kept sending me back and forth without giving me a lasting solution. I wasted time, money, and energy here, and I still don’t have a properly fixed tooth. This clinic seriously needs to improve its customer service and the quality of its dental work. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I would like to thank all the Smile Creator team, the receptionists and Dr. Vanessa and her assistant. As everybody, I am terrified to see the dentist but I’ve felt very confident with Dr. Vanessa. I honestly can’t thank Smile creator enough for their caring approach to mine and my kids dental care. As an previous very anxious visitor to dentists I now don’t feel scared to go. After not visiting a dentist for over 10 years I went to Smile creator after a recommendation. On my first visit Dr Babak Amozandeh immediately put me at ease and popped on the ceiling mounted tv with music for me to concentrate on whilst he examined my teeth. He explained exactly what he would like me to do to keep my teeth healthy and he has looked after me ever since. His advice and calm demeanour has meant that so far i have needed no treatment and my teeth are in great shape. Dr Babak Amozandeh now looks after my whole family and my teenage girls find going to the dentist a calm experience. Both kids needed braces and Smile creator helped make the whole process really simple, advised where to go for the braces and have given great advice to both girls to get the best out of their treatment and teeth. Nasrin and Jane on reception are always super friendly, helpful and there to talk you through anything you don’t understand. Such a great team!
