The young woman on reception was welcoming, smiling and engaged in conversation. It was a much better experience than previous times. Dr Chandy listened, explained things to me, was reassuring and helpful. I do not normally enjoy visits to the Drs, I know their time is precious and do not want to waste their time. It was a nice visit for which I am grateful.
