I remember as a kid not being able to look over the counter and I'm 60 this year and it's still going strong . Food has always been exceptional that is why it's stood the test of time.
Great old fashioned English menu chippy! Proper sized portions, especially the chicken breast ( NOT budgie sized like most chippys nowadays ) Its an english chippy run by lovely chinese people, Not a chinese chippy with a chinese menu. Prices suit the portions and everything is of a high standard compared to most local chip shops in the area.
