Customer Reviews
This restaurant totally exceeded my expectations – I’m already planning my next visit! Every single dish we ordered was amazing, fresh ingredients and bold, unique flavors that really hit the spot. The service was even better than the food, though, and a huge shout-out to waiter Waseem in particular! He was so cheerful and enthusiastic the entire time, proactively recommending great dishes and chatting with us in such a natural way that he made the whole dining experience feel warm and welcoming. The rest of the staff were attentive too, and for the quality, it’s such great value for money. 10/10, highly recommend!
Great selection of food from curries to kebabs to a £20 hungry challenge which is a lot of different meats in a balti curry with a suspersized naan bread and a large portion if pilau rice, get a free desert and certificate, the deserts are amazing also. Staff are friendly and will accommodate, I went for my birthday and the supprised with cake, happy birthday song, sprinklers feok the desert. The facility is easy to get to with parking out the front on main road, walking distance feom Deansgate castlefied metrolink, train station, the interior is very appealing and luxury design, it's a 5 star location, fantastic tastes at a relatively good price. My group of 9 had 10 dishes, 3 large naan breads , 2 jugs of mango lassi (thick mango juice, cools mouth), all for £143, around £15 a head.
Long wait despite having apparently reserved a table, loud atmosphere and flashing Christmas lights above our table that gave me a headache! Service wasn't great - had no cutlery etc set out when arrived at table and had it being flung infront of us throughout the evening! Starters were the best thing - mixed platter of starters, massala fish and chicken nambali were enjoyed by our whole party - mains were disappointing and served cold! Have enjoyed the restaurant in the past but had not been in a very long time and left pretty disappointed overall.. would only return if they up their game!
