Floral Affair is a nice little shop that reminds me of shops that were common around Chorlton some 40 year's ago. It sells lovey flowers at reasonable prices. There are also veggie's, cheese, noodles pastas, jams ect. It's all good quality product well presented. Additionally you can have a bit of light hearted, witty banter, which makes all the difference. There's a personal touch offered by this shop that you don't get very often these days.
We feel very lucky to have Floral Affair as our nearest shop and we rely on them for most of our groceries (not just fruit and veg). There is very little they don't stock, including lots of obscure ingredients. The quality of the fruit and veg is excellent, and they always have a huge variety of seasonal produce, including most fresh herbs. The flowers and plants (indoor and outdoor) are fantastic but best of all are the hanging baskets (and Christmas table decorations). Sarah made our baskets in late Spring and it is now mid-September and they are still looking absolutely beautiful and going strong. Strongly recommend.
Sarah & Dave recently done our wedding flowers consisting of Bridal bouquets, Bridesmaids bouquets, button holes and flowers for our table arrangements. Sarah and Dave listened to our ideas, along with our wedding theme and style and gave us lots of ideas and recommendations. The flowers were stunning, we received lots of comments on how lovely and fresh these were and they were the perfect vibe for our wedding.
