Customer Reviews
Lot of competition in Trafford Centre in the food court so this place needs to be great. The staple fish and chips here are not bad, however, very expensive for what you get but portion size is good and fills you up. Soda was flat though.
Staff worked at snail pace. Counter had to keep asking the 'chef' if they had what I was ordering. I mean seriously. I just wanted fish and chips and chicken bites. Chips were hard and dry, like they had been there since night before. Chicken bites were hard and dry - nephew barely touched his food. This is supposed to be the pinnacle of and English dish. It was down right awful and a waste of £21 for 2 adults and one child. Stay away. Having seen the owners responses to some of the bad reviews - just saying you are disappointed means nothing. What are you going to do to improve the bad reviews?
Extremely slow service coupled with unhappy staff and cold bland food. If you're in the Trafford Centre food hall, look elsewhere.
