My boyfriend ordered my a large luxury bouquet of flowers to celebrate my first birthday as a mum! They are supposed to be A delicate and fragrant mix of white Roses and Freesias with lilac Lisianthus and Trachelium, coupled with lavender Statis, green Spray Chrysanthemums and Carnations Instead I received a slap dash budget bouquet with greenery and a few lilies. As the florist left her contact details on the delivery I rang her and asked what had happened. She told me that as she only gets £35 and not £44 she gets to decide what flowers and that’s all that’s been paid for and all I can have, if I have a problem to contact e florist. She did not care and was rude. I thought florist were happy jobs and liked to make people happy on special occasions but unfortunately feel like Sue has no pride in her work and has no job satisfaction because the bunch of flowers I received is sad!
