I got a rice box, but it was all salad, and I talked to the manager and he said, "This doesn't have any rice in it, it's only a spoonful." They call this theft.
This store is such a disgrace to all the other KFC outlets. Ordered online a box meal with gravy and wings. Personally, I would not eat wings without gravy. And guess what, they didn't send the gravy!!!!! What a nightmare. And when called, no one is answering. Also the staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. They find silly reasons not to serve you better. Nit at all recommended. Can see the staff repeatedly 'forgets' to pack your order and you get home and see items missing!! Yet the brand do not care!!!!! Give staff some training, dear KFC!! Stop charging us money for food you never prepared!
We were in the area and wanted a quick bite to eat to break up the journey. Lots of parking close by. Couldn't park too close to the KFC iyself due to gangs of masked teens on bikes cycling round outside and swearing at people going by. Once Inside it was a free for all of teenagers throwing food, swearing and fighting bringing bikes into the restaurant. We moved to the far end and quickly ordered food as it had been a long day. Food arrived quickly,staff very busy behind counter and unable to do anything about the rowdy teens. There was around 15 males waiting at a hatch for take out orders from various delivery very companies. The side door was open letting in cold air. We quickly ate and left. Never been before and never will again! Poor staff having to deal with that every shift is disgraceful. Don't usually leave a bad review but this was beyond acceptable when people are afraid to speak out in fear of being verbally abused or assaulted by these gangs of lads on bikes.
