Absolutely awful, total disappointment! I ordered the Crispy Chicken burger and it was honestly the worst burger I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken was smaller than the bun, ridiculously thin, dry and hard! It tasted like it had been sitting there for days. I have no idea what happened to McDonald’s Crispy Chicken, but it used to be good. Now it’s just terrible. Save your money and go to KFC instead!
Great experience at the Salford Quays McDonald’s. The place was clean, the food was fresh and service was quick, even when it was busy. Holly C really stood out – she was friendly, helpful, and had such a positive attitude that genuinely made the visit better. Will happily come back!
